PT Luban Konstruksi Indonesia established in 2024, provides comprehensive services including commercial decoration, architectural curtain walls, landscaping, interior design and R&D, soft decoration, and international trade. 

Originating from China, Luban Construction has successfully delivered projects across major cities, spanning diverse sectors such as shopping malls, hotels, residential complexes, and office buildings. Backed by a professional core team and extensive construction expertise, the company has been involved in high-end developments including Hainan Outlets Living Plaza, Jing’an Mansion (Shanghai), and Jiabaidao (Chengdu). Luban has built long-term partnerships with leading enterprises such as China Overseas Property (中海), China Resources (华润), Huafa (华发), China State Construction (中建), and China Railway Group (中铁).

In 2024, the company began its international expansion with a strategic focus on the Indonesian market. Completed projects include the office of China State Construction Overseas Development (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. in Jakarta, while ongoing works feature the Hiron Cold Chain Factory in Kendal, Semarang, and the Hiron Cold Chain Office in Jakarta.
